The Costs of Selling Your Home

There are some questions you might have before selling your home? The primary concern for most of us is... "How much is it going to cost me?"

All Real Estate Agent's Fee, i.e. their commission, is negotiable.
The traditional real estate agent commissions charge is up to a total of 6%. This will be divided between the Buyer's Broker/Agent and the Seller's Broker/Agent. Usually the buyer's broker/agent will receive 3% with the remaining percentage paid to the seller's agent/broker.

There will be other costs associated with the sale of your home such as state excise tax, title and escrow costs. If you purchase any home using Steve Swanson as your buyer’s agent, he will list and sell your home for as little as 1% LOC* backed up with a written guarantee.
