   Home Sellers:  One of my main responsibilities is to arrive at an accurate estimate of the value for your home.  It is very important to price your home appropriately relative to current market conditions. I will perform a detailed evaluation and analysis of your home, fully investigating the real estate market and comparing your property with similar listings to make sure that you receive the highest home sales price you deserve for your home.  This Comparative Market Analysis will be followed up with a step-by-step marketing program that will provide you with service that is professional, ethical, and courteous. The end result will be getting your home sold for the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time.
