Timberline is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood located in the Washington State city of Sammamish, WA on the northern end of the Sammamish Plateau just at the crest of what is known as Sahalee Hill or 228th Avenue NE.
When entering the Timberline neighborhood you are greeted by a beautiful tree lined parkway and an expansive greenbelt and openspace used by Timberline families for walking, jogging, and birdwatching.
Timberline is comprised of Lower Timberline which was originally developed in the late 70's, Upper Timberline was built in the mid-80's to early ninties, and the newer homes of Timberline Highlands, Timberline Park, and Timberline Ridge. Elizabeth Blackwell Elementary School serves the Timberline neighborhoods and is one of the newest of the Lake Washingon School District schools.
